We want you to love your Pott'd creations, but if your kit isn't the right fit, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all clay and tools remain in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Kit
Securely pack the unused items in their original box, ensuring all clay packs are sealed to prevent drying during transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
